Mr. Chan Te Seng endeavor himself on Chinese Martial Arts since his childhood. He started the learning in his early years from the famous teacher, Master Chang Shing Shan for 10 years and gave him a solid foundation of Wu Shu. After the death of Master Chang, he followed with the Masters, Mr. Liu Wuen Chau, Mr. Wang Yen Nien and Mr. Chang Tuan Shen on different styles of martial art, while his favorite one is still Tai Chi Chuan, and Mr. Chan choices Tai Chi Chuan as a life target on the years after. He studied at Wu Shu Dept. in Chinese Culture University to get the advance level of Wu Shu. He completed in International Tai Chi Chuan Championship in 1980 and 1981 which he won the champions from both years. He served as head coach of Chinese Taipei Team Of Asia Olympic. The team won the gold in Asia Olympic in 1998 and the bronze in 1990 . Also one team member Mai Chia Jung won silver in Chung Hwa Cup International Tai Chi Chuan Championship in year 2000. Chan Te Seng is now incharge of International Tai Chi Chuan Federation, also he is the chair of National Tai Chi Chuan Federation.
